YOUR ACCOUNT

You may need your own account to use certain Kalamera Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.


REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Kalamera reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

Kalamera respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please contact us. RISK OF LOSS All purchases of physical items from Kalamera are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns on stock items are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Procedure below.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


Warranty of all our products is limited 1-Year replacement parts. Our own brand mall has extended warranty service for purchase.If you find the machine is defective within the warranty period, please contact us with the customer service number on your owner's manual. For machines beyond the warranty period, you can also purchase replacement parts from us if necessary.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS


After receiving the package, please carefully check for internal and external damage. If you find the outer packing damaged or machine damaged, please take photos and notify us within 48 hours of delivery (excluding holidays and weekends).Once we are contacted, we will propose solutions according to the damaged. For appearance and accessories damaged, not affect the normal use, we would provide free replacement parts. If the machine is badly damaged and cannot be used normally, we will ship the replacement product or issue a full refund.


RETURN PROCEDURE


Please complete the RETURN form to request an RMA number.Clearly write/label all sides of the shipment with the assigned Sales Return Order number.


REFUNDS & CREDITS


Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return and refund. We can only provide credit for the item price. Shipping costs are not refundable.


Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred. Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. The Living Direct Network Customer Service desk can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect, We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.

All warranty service for original customers is provided by the manufacturer of the product purchased. Please check your owner's manual for the customer service number of the manufacturer of the product you purchased.


All orders come with 1-year limited warranty on parts. If you feel like to extend the warranty, there's extend warranty for each of our fridge product. You could find the warranty in parts & accessories column.
