Return and Refund Policy

At Kalamera, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. CANCELLATION

  • Before Shipment: We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled within this window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • After Shipment: Once the product has been shipped or rerouted to our warehouse, the order can no longer be cancelled. Please follow our Return Procedure if you still wish to return the item after receiving it.

  • Rerouting: Orders cannot be rerouted once processed. If a rerouting request is made before delivery, additional fees based on actual carrier costs may apply.

2. RETURNS (WITHIN 30 DAYS)

You have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after placing your order (or receipt of the product).

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  1. In its original condition and unused.

  2. Without any scratches, defects, or signs of wear.

  3. In its original packaging with all included accessories and materials.

  4. Not missing any pieces or components.

  5. Note: Custom-ordered or personalized items are not eligible for the 30-day unconditional refund.

3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • Consumer Responsibility: If the return is due to the consumer's reasons (e.g., changing your mind, "buyer's remorse," or ordering the wrong model), the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific cost will be determined by the carrier you choose.

  • Kalamera Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., the goods received are damaged, defective, or incorrect), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products.

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Support: Please contact our Customer Service at service@kalamera.com or call 866-554-6688 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Required Information: Please provide your Order Number and the Reason for Return in your email.

  3. Labeling: Clearly write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipment.

  4. Packing: All items must be repacked in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for any damage occurring during return transit; therefore, we highly recommend insuring your return shipment.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Inspection: Please inspect the external and internal packaging immediately upon delivery.

  • Reporting: If you find any damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (excluding holidays and weekends) with photos of the damage.

  • Solutions: * For minor appearance or accessory damage that does not affect performance, we will provide free replacement parts.

    • If the machine is severely damaged and unusable, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. REFUNDS & CREDITS

  • Inspection Period: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks.

  • Payment Method: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. WARRANTY & SUPPORT

  • Warranty: All Kalamera products include a 1-Year limited warranty for replacement parts. Extended warranties may be available for purchase.

  • Out of Warranty: For machines beyond the warranty period, replacement parts may still be available for purchase through our service department.

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
