The fridge came perfectly packed on a mini pallet and was well protected. Very easy to remove from packaging. After letting it sit (refer to instructions) we plugged it in and it started without any issue and cooled down to 58 degrees rapidly. The handle was very easy to install. Also fit und the counter where the old wine fridge without issue. Very quiet can't even hear the compressor!

I took delivery a few weeks ago but just recently plugged it in and put a few bottles of wine in it. I love the look and styling of this wine cooler, the blue LED lighting is also cool. Time will tell however so far; I am happy with this wine cooler.

Received my product quickly and in perfect condition. Have only had it a couple of weeks but love it. Easy to use, fits perfectly under my cabinet and looks great.

Just installed it or else it might be 5 stars. Was easy to install even with the limited instructions (none really needed). It is quiet and working fine so far. No complaints at all. If needed I would order it again and would recommend it.

I've only had it for a few days but so far so good. 1000% times quieter than my old wine frig that gave out after three years. In fact, I open it daily to make sure that it is working since I can't hear it.

I purchased this wine cooler in 2020! Not only is it beautiful and keeps my wine at temperature but its still going strong. 3 years later, I am moving and because I removed one of the cabinets in order to install this I have to leave it. I am now searching to purchase my second! Excellent buy, great product and above all else keeps my babies cool!

I had a Viking wine cooler that died after 8 years and the replacement part has been out of stock for almost 2 years. This is a built in wine cooler so I needed one with very specific measurements. This fit the bill. It fit perfectly and has run quietly for about a month now. I hope it continues as I have not heard of this brand name before ordering. Satisfied so far..............

Exactly what I was looking for to replace an old trash compactor. Quiet, sleek, functional wine colder makes my kitchen looking so much nicer. Very happy with this purchase. Like other new refrigerators, there was a smell when I first open this cooler. I left it open for a day before I plug it in, it seems fine now.

Absolutely perfect. Very impressed with this cooler. I use it to age cheese that I make in my kitchen. Almost silent, I had to put my ear to the door to assure me that the compressor was indeed running. Holds temp well, and is very attractive.

When we bought our vacation home, it had a trash compactor. It was noisy, smelly, and didn't even compact the trash much. So when it finally kicked the bucket, I started researching replacement trash compactors. I was shocked at the price - $1000 or more for a compactor! Then I realized that we didn't even need one, but what could go in its place? I knew I needed something there, and I didn't want to hire a cabinet person to fill the hole... Then I realized that one of these 12 inch fridges would fit perfectly!

So I removed the old trash compactor (good riddance!), and literally just slid this new fridge in the hole that was left behind. It was ever so slightly longer than the compactor, but fortunately I had extra space in the back to slide it in flush. It was honestly super easy to install myself - it's heavy so it doesn't really need to be screwed in like the compactor did.

I love how QUIET the fridge is when on. Can barely hear it. It's lockable too, which is great for the kiddos. In general the build quality seems great, and it looks high end, especially for the price!

The one thing I did NOT like was the logo. I don't recognize this brand, and frankly I think the logo and name cheapen it a bit. As our kitchen sports a lot of high end appliances, I didn't want the logo on the front, but I went ahead and bought it anyway. As it turns out, the logo can be removed EASILY by just peeling it off. The tape they used didn't even leave any residue. While this may not have been intentional, I really appreciated the option.

Nice looking in our newly renovated kitchen. No noise and has a nice blue glow. Also has an inside light that can be turned on/off. Wooden shelves slide easily. Up to 3 bottles per shelf. Larger bottles on bottom only. Good value. Only had it for a month but so far very satisfied!

I love this fridge. It's very quiet and holds the temperature well. I am not sure if I could fit 18 bottles into it, but I have not yet tried to do so. I would definitely buy this again.

We replaced an older ice maker in the bar area with this wine cooler. Had to put some molding on the sides to fill a void, which was great because we didn’t want a larger wine storage area. Looks fabulous and very updated. Has a setting for degrees so you can store reds as well. Perfect fit for us since we don’t care much for white wine.
