Refund policy

At Kalamera, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. If cancelled within this window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipment: Once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. Please follow our Return Procedure below if you wish to return the item after receiving it.
Rerouting: Orders cannot be rerouted once processed. If a rerouting request is made before delivery, additional fees based on actual carrier costs may apply.

2. Return Eligibility

You have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receiving your product.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
  • In its original condition and unused
  • Free of scratches, defects, or signs of wear
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories and materials
  • Not missing any pieces or components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please retain the original packaging (cartons, protective materials, etc.) for potential return or repair purposes.
Non-returnable items:
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products
  • Items not in new condition
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Original shipping costs and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For consumer-responsible returns, shipping cost is determined by the carrier you choose.

4. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products.
However, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund if returned goods show signs of use, assembly, disassembly, or damage that affects resale value. The deduction amount will be based on the extent of value reduction.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Get Authorization
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.
Step 3: Prepare the Return
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipment
  • Repack all items in their original packaging
  • We highly recommend insuring your return shipment — the customer is responsible for any damage occurring during return transit
Step 4: Ship to Return Address

⚠️ Do not send items to this address without a confirmed RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be recognized, accepted, or refunded.
Step 5: Provide Tracking
  • Customers are required to provide valid tracking information after shipping the returned item.

6. Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt — both external and internal packaging.
If you find any damage:
  1. Notify the freight carrier immediately before signing the delivery receipt
  2. Request written documentation and take clear photos of the damage
  3. Contact us at website@kalamera.com within 48 hours of delivery (excluding holidays and weekends)
Products leave our warehouse in brand-new, unused condition. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for damage or shortages not reported at the time of delivery.
Solutions for damaged items:
  • Minor damage (appearance/accessory issues not affecting performance): We will provide free replacement parts
  • Severe damage (machine unusable): We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund

7. Refund Processing

Inspection Period: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Approved:
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
PayPal Refunds: PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable. Refunds processed via PayPal may exclude the original transaction fee.

8. Warranty

All Kalamera products include a 1-Year limited warranty for replacement parts, covering manufacturing defects.
  • Extended warranties may be available for purchase
  • Out-of-warranty machines: replacement parts may still be available for purchase through our service department
