Free Shipping Coverage

Kalamera provides 100% Free Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on all items.
Eligible Regions:
  • 🇺🇸 United States: 48 contiguous states (see exclusions below)
Excluded Areas (no delivery available):
  • Hawaii, Alaska
  • U.S. Protectorates: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands
  • APO / FPO addresses
  • PO Box addresses (carrier requires physical delivery address)
Customers in excluded areas may request a shipping quote by contacting website@kalamera.com before placing an order. We will do our best to find a delivery solution for you.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • In-stock orders typically ship the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday
Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Ground):
  • 5–10 business days, depending on your destination and carrier
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update after carrier pickup.
Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items with different readiness dates, you may receive separate shipments with unique tracking numbers.
Potential Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, please account for possible delays caused by major holidays, severe weather, or carrier logistical events.

Carrier & Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped via Pilot, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order destination and product dimensions.

Standard Delivery (Threshold): All shipments default to Threshold Delivery — the carrier will deliver the product to the first dry area of your residence (garage, front porch, or ground-level entry).
Adult signature may be required upon delivery for all orders.

Delivery Inspection (Important!)

All Kalamera products leave our warehouse in brand-new, unused condition. Please inspect all packages before signing for delivery.
If any item appears damaged or missing:
  1. Notify the carrier immediately before signing the delivery receipt
  2. Request written documentation of the damage from the carrier
  3. Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  4. Contact us at website@kalamera.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment
We will process your damage claim with the delivering carrier as quickly as possible. Claims submitted after 3 business days may not be eligible for replacement.

Sales Tax

  • California: Mandatory sales tax will be added at checkout for all shipments to California. Tax rate varies based on your shipping address.
  • All other states: No sales tax on deliveries outside the State of California.
Tax calculations are handled automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

Important Notes

  1. Verify your shipping address before payment. We ship to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
  2. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility if the product did not meet expectations or if a wrong order was placed after shipment.
  3. Product weight determines carrier: Items under 150 lbs ship via UPS; items over 150 lbs ship via freight/truck.
  4. Physical address required: We cannot deliver to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.
