This fridge is great for the price point. Here is some helpful information: 1. It arrives is a large box with a pallet delivered to front door. 2. Unboxing takes awhile at it's packed very well. You would benefit by having scissors and box cutters handy. 3. Give yourself plenty of time to unbox and deal with the Styrofoam padding. It can be a little messy so have a broom and hand held vacuum ready for clean up. 4. Cut down all the cardboard boxing sides to expose the fridge. The fridge is on a thick padding and stable. 5. There will be those packing pieces under the fridge, tilt it and vacuum before moving it to it's location. 6. One person can move the fridge if this person has decent strength and maneuvering capabilities. My fridge was moved down a flight of stairs by one person. 7. Let the fridge sit for 24 hours before plugging it in. Very important. 8. The fridge handle needs to be attached, and it is very simple to do so. 9. There are two keys that come with the fridge, put them in a safe location as they are small and can easily be misplaced. 10. After the fridge is plugged in let it set another 24 hours before placing items in the fridge. What I like: this fridge is very quiet, functional, and has a great aesthetic. It fits perfectly under a counter. The shelves are movable, and the blue light inside of the fridge is pretty cool. Overall I think the fridge is great for my application and recommend, especially for the price point. There are so many under-counter fridges to pick from, but they are often well over $1,000. I have a nice, but basic house, and would prefer not to spend that kind of money for a TV room fridge. That was the main reason I picked this fridge.

I was a bit skeptical when I read a 1-star review with Kalamera for their customer service. My experience was completely different. I had an issue with the door gasket coming off and away from the door and Kalamera took care of it without hesitation even though I had owned it for more than a year. Happy with the product but especially happy with the customer service. 5-stars! Hopefully this new door gasket solves the problem.

I’ve been using my Kalamera refrigerator for less than a month, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Why did you pick this product vs others?: Had I reviewed the incredible Customer Complaints lodged against the Kalamera Beverage Refrigerator I ordered AND CANCELED just a few minutes ago via Amazon's Prime Sale, I WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED THIS PRODUCT.  I picked this product for the features listed and the Special Price Offer at Amazon's Prime Sale.  I immediately proceeded to CANCEL both the Product order and 3 Yr Asurion Protection Plan. good looking product, but the instructions, and support are very lacking! installing the handle is tricky and the instructions are little to no help. I called support, and was promised a call back, which never came, and because it was sold through Amazon they will not help! buyer beware

I received the product on December 20, 2024 and initially was extremely happy with the look and space for drinks. However, less then two months after owning, it makes a very loud running sound several times a day. Loud enough I can hear in the basement from my upstairs bedroom. I have performed all trouble shooting with no luck in lessening the noise. Currently trying to get support from Amazon. I am a hopeful we can get it fixed because it fits perfectly in the space I bought it for.

We've had this refrigerator for about 12 months. It has performed very well, we've had no problems with it. We use it as an undercounter refrigerator in a study/home office. While we keep bottled water in it, we use it primarily to keep fruit and other snack type food items readily available. The pull-out wire shelves are nice, making items at the back easier to retrieve. However, because they are not solid, it also makes it difficult to get some items we keep completely upright. The inside of the unit is black, which is quite "sexy" (if one can characterize the inside of a cooler in such a manner). But it also makes it somewhat difficult to see what is inside. (This unit replaced an undercounter refrigerator that we had for several years that had a white interior. The older unit was much easier to see into.) The new unit has an interior light but unlike a typical refrigerator, the light does not come on when the door is opened and go off when it is closed. It is either on all the time or off all the time. And even when the light is on, it doesn't really provide much illumination. But despite the lopsided storage of some items and the poor interior visibility, I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

1st order delivered with hole in front door. Apparently from a forklift. 2nd unit lasted less than a year, was still under warranty. Seller refused to honor warranty, Told me to fix it myself, offered $80 compensation for $799 fridge. Amazon was sympathetic, offered to accept a late return for PARTIAL refund. $134 restocking fee for an item under warranty. Company refuses to reimburse this. These people produce junk, and are dishonest about their warranty. I suspect they will not be an Amazon seller much longer. Stay away. Stay FAR FAR away.

Overall, this is a good unit that is extremely quiet, well built with solid shelves. Though not in the description that I read, if you remove the bottom shelf the bottom is molded to hold wine bottles. The shelves are close together so a standard 12 oz cans fit standing up and you can just barely get them in and out without pulling the shelf out. Would not work for the tall skinny 12 oz cans unless you lay them down. Obviously, you can rearrange the shelves at the expense of number of cans storage capacity. The good news is even with a shelf full of cans the shelf does not sag as seen on some other brands. My biggest complaint is that the unit cannot get to 32 degrees. The best I can get it to is 35 though the control is set to 32. The unit does shut off so it must think it is 32 degrees. Could be that the fans are located directly behind the control box. I tested this using two thermometers. one digital and one good old analog red line style. :-) They agree that the unit is 35 degrees no matter where I place them. On the plus side, the cooling is even enough that no area freezes like on my radiant cooling unit where items closer to the cold back plate freeze if they are non-alcohol soft drinks/beers. For the money it's a good unit just wish it could get to 32. Currently have it standing freestyle, but it is going to be built in soon. Will be interesting to see if the performance changes with reduced space around it for air.

We love our Kalamera Beverage Refrigerator, as we also have a Refrigerator for drinks and wine, we use this for left over food and condiments. It fit perfectly in the space under the counter where our other unit had finally quit on us. So Quite and so easy to keep clean

I received the Kalamera 24 inch Model KRC-150BF refrigerator on May 18th from Amazon which cost $951.44 (tax included). Though the refrigerator is marketed on Amazon as having a reversible door, there are NO reversible hinges included with the delivered fridge. I contacted customer service the very next day by phone and was requested to send an email, which I immediately did. My email (which included a video demonstrating the need for the hinges) requested support for the needed parts to reverse the door. Kalamera's response was that they would handle the request and the rep apologized for the inconvenience. I made a second call on May 22 and emailed twice more requesting the reversible door hinges be delivered so I can reverse the door (as advertised) and begin to enjoy the unit. Today marks two weeks since receiving the fridge, and still NO hinges. I did receive a reply email yesterday stating the parts from the manufacturer need to be sent to Kalamera before the hinges can be mailed to me. My advice to Kalamera or Amazon is, do not list a fridge as being able to reverse its door, if the parts needed are not included with the item when shipped for delivery. To Kalamera's credit, they did offer $20 for my inconvenience. In the meantime, I still cannot use the fridge due to the location of where it needs to be placed. It is quite frustrating to not receive the reversible door hinges in a timely manner, or at the very least, receive a estimated timeframe of when I will receive the required parts. so far so good - just installed and temperature seems great. Did have a little trouble installing the handle as you have to pull out the rubber tubing on the inside of the door to get to the screw hole. Other than that, so far so good

the door handle was very difficult to install. I have advanced wood working skills. Don't know someone without my skills could install the handle without damaging the molding.

Nice frig…. But door handle is not reversible.

Before buying this I saw all the reviews about how people use it outdoors and I assumed with the price and the reviews that it was an outdoor capable unit. I called up Kalamara and it was confirmed that it is not an outdoor unit. They "recommend" not using it outdoors. Are their people out there that have had multi year success using it outdoors to change my mind? I see that many have had it outdoors for multiple months but I want this thing to last 5-8 years like my last one (summit outdoor fridge).

It’s able to be adjusted within the temperature range desired. It’s very quiet and nicely under the counter. Delivery was top notch. I‘ve only had it for one week and I am very satisfied with its performance so far. I only wish the interior was white instead of black to make it easier to locate items. The stainless steel door looks nice. It appears well built.

I had researched a under the counter beverage cooler for several months. I had a dishwasher that I didn't use. I hand wash all of my dishes. So I wanted to put this beverage cooler in its place. The cans of sodas and bottles of water, juice and other drinks were taking up too much room in my refrigerator. I wanted this one with the stainless door because I had read in my research that the glass doors aren't as insulated therefore not keeping as cold and costing more to run. This cooler came packaged well and once unboxed, I left it upright and unplugged for 24 hours as per instructions. The next day, I simply slid out my dishwasher and slid in this cooler. It was a perfect fit. I had measured, remeasured and measured again to be sure I ordered the correct size. I simply set the temperature on the easy to use, easy to read control pad and let it cool. This beverage cooler is all I expected and hoped it to be. Easy access to a cold drink anytime. The blue light inside can be turned off if desired. I like it, so I left it on. There is also a lock at the bottom of the door and keys included for anyone who might need this feature. Overall this is a great cooler and great price. I looked at many that compared and were well into the $2k price range. I would highly recommend this beverage cooler! I love it!

I research the heck out of all the beverage refrigerators on Amazon and Best Buy. I narrowed it down to the top 3 that all had great reviews but some pluses and minuses. I chose the Kalamera after visiting their homepage and feeling confident about the service and quality of the fridge. I followed the directions to a T, (let sit for 24 hours, clean with mild soap, plug in for 24 hours then load). More than enough beverages fit into the fridge include navy size 12 oz cans to all my various sizes of bottled beer and seltzers. No sound until fan starts but it’s not on long and doesn’t bother me at all. My old one from Avanti was loud and lasted 8 years. It’s super sharp looking stainless steel door. The handle was super easy to install. I set the temp to 34 and my drinks are super cold. It will go to 32 but that’s a bit too cold for me. The blue light is cool I just leave it on all the time. Very happy so far.

Excellent under counter bar fridge. Geez...it just works great. Love the LED light inside too and it stores a lot. Shelves are high quality and you can set it up to your liking to store all kinds of things. We actually got this after we were going to replace our Marvel Kegerator as we were buying too much beer for the bar ha ha ha. You will find if you have a kegerator you end up spending way too much on beer throughout the year. So we decided to replace our Marvel with this bar fridge. And let me tell ya, it looks great, goes down to 32 which keeps everything very cold and you can pack it nicely with all kinds of beer, wine, whatever you want to keep cold (line from Tommy Boy). Overall quality is a 9... love it great product.

The refrigerator was exactly as specified, fit perfectly in our built in space. The care that was taken in the packaging to insure nothing was damaged during shipment, CA to FL was incredible. Very quiet operation, and pulls down to set temperature very quickly. An excellent replacement for my broken under counter refrigerator, would buy again!
